Book of Acts
Description: The Book of Acts has been understood to be a historical account of the birth and growth of the Church. Some have suggested that the "Acts" being described are the acts of the Apostles. While others have suggested that it is actually about the acts of the Holy Spirit. In a way, both are true, and this class will look at how God, through the Holy Spirit, worked in the Apostles to establish and grow Christ's Church.

Parenting Tools
Description: This class equips parents with tools and encouragement to raise children in the faith. Together, we will hear from experienced parents and grandparents and will learn biblical principles and practical tools for raising children of godly character who view the world from a biblical perspective.
Teachers: Doc Christensen, Lane Sattler, Jeff Drake, Dennis Jerdan, and others

New Members Class
Description: This class provides a detailed look at what we believe at Hilltown Baptist Church. We look at the purpose and meaning of church membership, and offer prospective members an opportunity to ask questions and get to know the Pastors/Elders better.

Evening Class (6 PM to 7:30 PM):

Words of the Wise
Description: The book of Proverbs contains a treasure trove of wisdom for God's people. In this class, we will look at what the Bible says about things such as contentment, speech, laziness, honesty, and anger. We will also compare and contrast wisdom with folly and see how to apply biblical wisdom in every area (and stage) of life today.
Teachers: Eric Luppold, Doc Christensen, and Ben Best
